PHLEBOTOMY SERVICES

All-inclusive blood draw service – all you need is your test kit and your vein. I will handle everything else for you.

This is for you if your practitioner has told you which blood test to purchase, and you just need someone to draw and despatch the sample for you.

Service includes:

  • Centrifuge if needed
  • Refrigeration/freezing if needed
  • In-house despatch via DHL or Royal Mail (so you don’t need to wait in for the courier to arrive)
  • Free redraw in the event of haemolysis or delays making your sample unusable

This service is suitable for:

A bespoke service, providing you with the blood test you need, and a call to discuss the results

This is for you if you are looking for a blood test and need help understanding the test results.

  • 30 minute medical history and diet analysis consultation
  • Blood test in my London CQC registered clinic
  • 15 minute telephone session with me to gain clarity on your test results and signposting on your next steps

The standard Audit blood test includes:

  • Full blood count
  • Full thyroid, including FT4 and FT3, and antibodies
  • Full iron panel, including ferritin and iron
  • Serum B12
  • Serum folate
  • Vitamin D
  • Sex hormones
  • Fasting insulin, fasting glucose, HbA1C, Homa-IR
  • Lipids (cholesterol)
  • Cortisol
  • HS-CRP
  • Liver function test
  • Kidney function test

A bespoke service, providing you with the same blood test and interpretation as the blood test audit, plus 8 weeks of support in compiling and implementing a comprehensive nutritional plan.

This is for you if you are looking for a blood test and want support with improving your results.

  • One hour medical history and diet analysis consultation
  • My standard audit blood test in my London CQC registered clinic (other tests are available – email me for details)
  • 30 minute telephone session with me to gain clarity on your test results
  • Personal and achievable 8 week nutrition plan
  • 4 x 15 minute phone calls spread over 8 weeks
  • Unlimited WhatsApp/Email support (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)

No one likes getting a blood draw, and all too often the experience could be a lot better … factory styled approaches, impersonal and indifferent service, no guarantee of getting experienced staff … and generally the kind of thing that makes anyone nervous of blood draws, even more nervous!

Not the case here at all – in fact, it’s been one of the best experiences that I could hope for (of course I’d prefer not to have it done at all!) … To start with, no queues at all – I booked a slot and had Kate 100% focused on my session. Kate is very experienced and immediately set me at ease, she spent a lot of time understanding my needs (and anxieties!) and also very helpfully took care of all the admin work that goes with getting those increasingly common ‘send in the mail’ testing kits (she even trekked over to the post office to mail one kit off for me!). Amazing customer service – which is really what it’s all about – going the extra (many) miles. (Also – Kate uses WA and is very responsive, and I had a call with her to prepare everything for the session – which I found to be really helpful, and have never gotten with blood draw services I used to go to).

I highly recommend Kate, and will definitely be back (if regrettably I need more tests done). Thank you Kate!
