Kate Knowler will take the time to listen to your symptoms and ask relevant questions about your medical history in order to identify the exact markers needed to explain your symptoms. From fasted insulin to homocysteine, IgE mediated food allergies to IgG mediated food intolerances, and full thyroid panels with antibodies to red blood cell folate levels, and more. This is not a one-test-fits-all service, this is customised test selection based on your symptoms and your budget.

Your appointment will include:
- A 15-minute mini-consultation with Kate Knowler, that covers your medical history and diet analysis. Kate will also use this time to check your medications, supplements, and discuss your symptoms and wellbeing goals
- A blood draw at our CQC registered London clinic, where your wellbeing and safety can be prioritised
- A 15-minute telephone interpretation with Kate, to gain clarity on your test results and signpost you on your next steps
A GP referral letter is included free of charge, if any red-flag symptoms or test results are observed
The Blood Test Audit includes the following markers:

- Full thyroid, including FT4 and FT3, and antibodies

IgE Mediated Allergy Test (Alex3)
295 allergens/allergen components from one small blood draw
From seasonal pollen allergies that make you cough, sneeze, and have itchy eyes, to strange reactions that cover you in itchy rashes or eczema, and make your mouth itch… If you’ve always wanted to explore the underlying cause of your allergy symptoms, then the Alex3 (Allergy Explorer 3) test could be just the test for you.
The Alex3 blood test looks at not only reactions to the whole allergen, but also reactions to the individual protein components within the allergen, so we can see WHY you’re reacting, look for families of foods that may cause cross-reactions, and allow us to provide more targeted nutrition advice, as well as referral to your GP where diagnosis and allergy support may be required.

The Alex3 test includes the following components:
- Pollen – grass, tree, weed
- Mites – dust, storage
- Dander & epithelia – farm animals, pets
- Microorganisms – fungal spores, yeast
- Insects – cockroach
- Venom – ant, bee, wasp, hornet
- Plant-based food – fruits, grains, legumes, nuts & seeds, spices, vegetables

IgG Mediated Food Reactions (intolerances)
130 IgG antibody testing from one small blood draw
Just 1ml of blood is required (we can even get this from your finger if we have to!) for this comprehensive food reactions (intolerances) test, looking at 130 IgG antibodies and an assessment of the total immune load for assessing immune load.

- 8 weeks of nutritional support (telephone, email, WhatsApp as required) to ensure you are reaching your wellbeing goals

Our partner laboratory uses advanced macroarray technology to identify quantitative food specific IgG antibody reactions to the following food groups:
